How to request engraving
When ordering online:
As you check out to finalize your order, in the customer comments field
type "in quotes" what you would like engraved
When ordering by phone:
Let our sales representative know what you would like engraved.
The number of characters is limited to three words maximum. The customer must respond quickly in order to not delay shipment any further. There are NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGE on engraved items since that item is being customized. Also note rings can only be engraved in block letters, because of the difficulty of the item. |
