Return Policy/Exchange
We at Philip Noel are so sure you will be satisfied by your order that we guarantee every product we sell for 30 days* from the date you receive the item. However, we do understand you may change your mind so for the fastest and easiest service, please follow these guidelines: This site is subject to change without prior notice. *Some exceptions do apply. All Refunds take at least 14 business days, but no more than 5 weeks to process. All questions regarding refunds should be answered on this page. If questions still remain or more information is needed, please do so by calling our toll free number.
Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, credit, or refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving date. No item that is damaged can be refunded or exchanged . We appreciate the opportunity to show you how much you can save through us. There is no reason to pay retail when you can pay much less, buying directly from a major U.S. jewelry supplier.

So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us according to the directions below for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping). How to Return Items
All items returned will be credited to the original credit card.
1. List the item(s) that you are returning.
2. Note the reason for the return.
3. If you are exchanging, let us know what you would like to replace the item with.
4. We only recommend that returns be sent via UPS, DHL or FEDEX. We are not held responsible for packages lost by USPS. Packages that are shipped through USPS need to be insured for the amount of the item and customers are responsible for shipping costs and filing a claim for lost packages. Please keep the tracking number for your records and call or email it to us as well.
5. No refunds on shipping charges for returned items, we offer one exchange per order at no cost. If item was ordered with free shipping only the original shipping fee we paid will be deducted from the order not to exceed $11.00 to cover shipping costs. If multiple items are purchased under one order and some are returned for a refund, each item returned will carry an $11.00 surcharge. Any Second Time Exchanged items will be charged 20% re-stocking fee. |

Custom Orders
At this time we are NOT accepting custom orders. In the future, when custom orders become a possibility, the following applies. It is not possible to cancel, return or exchange any custom made items.
No refunds on charges to alter the ring in any way. That includes CROWN CHANGES and CROWN ADJUSTMENTS. The crown can be changed to fit any size or shape stone you have for additional $25.00. NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS on BENCHMARK items

Re-Stocking Fees
All eternity bands returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, will have a 25% restocking fee and a shipping charge. ALL CHAINS are subject to a 20% RE-STOCKING FEE. All a one time free exchange. ALL GOLD and PLATNIUM WEDDING BANDS (Plain, Woven, Two-Tone, Matte Finish, and Knife Edge) are subject to a 20% RE-STOCKING FEE. ALL SECOND TIME EXCHANGED ITEMS are subject to a 20% RE-STOCKING FEE. Approved Returns made after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee + original shipping .

Amazon Fee/Returns
*All orders filed through Amazon will be charged a $15.95 cancellation fee, with out exception. All returns for exchanges through Amazon/Philipnoel.com will also carry a $15.95 exchange fee. There are no exceptions to this rule. All approved returns/refunds that are over than 30 days from shipment date, are subject to a 50% restocking fee + a $15.95 CX fee.

Cancelling Orders
Please call to cancel any orders within 12-24 hours. After the 24hr grace period, there will be an $11 charge for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.
