Tracking Numbers:
You may check your tracking numbers by logging in under the My Account tab at the top of the page. You only need to sign up once. You wont need to sign up again for future orders, just re-enter your e-mail address and password.
International Orders:
UK shipping is about $65-70, Germany and EU $65-75, Japan $75. Our system will not accept your information because it is currently set up for U.S. Orders only. You must e-mail us your credit card information, the phone number on the back of the card, style number, gold color, and size.We will verify your information and e-mail you with the total for your approval. Nothing will be shipped until we get your final approval of all costs. The customer is responsible for all taxes and other fees for international shipments, please check before you order.
APO and FPO (All other U.S. Military)
Unfortunately we do not provide any shipping services to APO or FPO addresses due to the U.S. Postal Inconsistent Service. All orders received with an APO or FPO Address will be cancelled immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Return Policy/Exchange
You have 30 days to exchange or return any item. For the fastest and easiest service, please follow these guidelines:

- List the item(s) that you are returning.
- Note the reason for the return.
- If you are exchanging, let us know what you would like to replace the item with.
- We ONLY recommend that returns be sent via UPS or FEDEX Ground. Please keep the tracking number for your records and call or email it to us as well.
- No refund on shipping charges on returned items, we offer one exchange per order at no cost. If item was ordered with free shipping only the original shipping fee we paid will be deducted from the order not to exceed $11.00 to cover shipping costs.
No refunds on charges to alter the ring in any way. That includes CROWN CHANGES and CROWN ADJUSTMENTS.
- NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE on engraved items since the item is being customized

APROVED Returns made after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee + shipping charge.
All items returned will be credited to the original credit card.

Cancelling Orders
Please call to cancel any orders within 12-24 hours. After the 24hr grace period a $11 surcharge will be added for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.
